Dear Cable Cable,

My internet was out due to an exposed cable that got cut by the snow plow. I called this morning and when I got home from work the technician had already been over and replaced the cable. I wish to thank Cable Cable and the technician who came out to fix the cable...I know my road is not the easiest to drive in the winter time.

I hope that I can continue to receive such good service in the Spring once the snow is gone...so that this wire can be buried in the ground to avoid future problems.

Dear Cable Cable,

Last Saturday, October 4th, 2003, I called your company shortly before 6:00 p.m. because I was experiencing some TV difficulties. I had not even expected anyone to be answering the call, but a very friendly woman spoke with me, took my number, and said someone would call me back. Less than 15 minutes later, there was a knock at my door, and there stood a very friendly young man. He said he was on his way out to dinner at his mother-in-law's, and stopped by to see what was going on.

He thoroughly checked the television, and then the cable, and then subsequently found the problem with one of the cable wires. We had company from Toronto at the time, and we all were stunned. Why? Because we could not believe the quick, or should I say, IMMEDIATE service!

It was unheard of as far as we were concerned. This is so amazing that I have been telling everyone in Toronto that I know about your service. This man, whose name is Greg (I asked him) was fabulous! He was so friendly and thorough. Thank you so much for your incredible service - and thank you Greg!
