You can save time and money, while ensuring your account remains in good standing by enrolling in our E-Billing Program and our PreAuthorized Payment Program.

Please Note: Beginning April 1, 2011 subscribers who wish to continue receiving statements by mail and/or are not enrolled in a Pre Authorized Payment Plan the following administrative and processing fees will be applied to your account:

Mailed Monthly Statement: $2.00 per month
Cheque/Cash Processing Fee: $2.00 per month
